Quaker Millwork currently has over 2,000+ moulding profiles for our customers to select from, as well as state-of-the-art equipment to match any moulding profile. We can also create unique and completely new custom moulding based on customer drawings and sketches. We have combined old world craftmanship with the newest technology to provide the highest quality products.

As with any custom piece of millwork, it takes time and precision crafting. On average, most custom mouldings are ready for shipment within 1-3 weeks.

Shipping times will vary greatly based on carrier and distance. Ask our friendly and knowledgeable staff for a delivery time and cost estimate.

Please be certain you are ordering enough material for your specific job. If you require a rare wood species, it is important that you order additional material as specified lengths are not usually available.

We require a 50% deposit on all custom millwork which is not refundable if your order is canceled after the order has been put into production.

All lengths of lumber are random and will vary from three to sixteen feet. Lumber is purchased in random lengths, we try to match lengths to each moulding according to your specification. When ordering random lengths, be sure to include extra footage for waste or mishaps. A set up fee is added to each production run under 200 lineal feet.

Typically, on large volume orders, with a wide variety of cuts, excellent yield can be expected from random lengths, and specified lengths are not always necessary.

​

For smaller orders, it is generally advisable to specify your lengths, especially for jobs that require pieces of similar lengths.

​

When ordering specific cut lengths, be sure to include all pieces, especially short lengths. If promptness is important, be sure to ask our staff about the availability of the lengths you need when you order.

There are no minimum orders for any of our products. However, we do have set-up charges for any moulding run under 200 lineal feet which may increase the cost per lineal foot and will affect your budget.
